Caroline Stanbury is happy to tell her fans everything, including a grueling medical procedure. In November 2023, the Real Housewives of Dubai star underwent a facelift and has been documenting the painful recovery on social media. A year later, he posted another update on YouTube about his recovery.

Caroline’s facelift makes her ‘look younger than her boyfriend’
The second season of RHODubai premiered on Bravo on June 2, 2024. Filmed in the months leading up to its release, it features Caroline and her “lifted” face.
The 48-year-old told E! News, before the premiere, about the large number of fans who had seen her coverage of the procedure on social media. “I think about 46,000,000 people watched it,” he told the outlet.
Stanbury had shared video and photo updates of every step of his recovery following the procedure performed by Los Angeles surgeon Steve Kim.
The entrepreneur was impressed by the number of people who tuned in to her trip: “I didn’t know it was going to be so successful because I knew that other celebrities had obviously undergone a facelift. “I didn’t know everyone would be so interested.”
Caroline’s loving husband, Sergio Carrillo, recalled that picking up his wife from surgery was an incredibly emotional moment.
“This was probably one of the hardest moments of my life,” the 29-year-old wrote on Instagram. “Seeing the person you love with all your heart suffering and in pain as they were. “It was very hard.”
The couple are known for bantering online and Caroline couldn’t resist another prank on her younger suitors: “I look younger than Sergio now. “I need a younger boyfriend.”

Caroline thinks she looks absolutely “fabulous” ten months later
On October 5, Stanbury released another YouTube update on his personal account. Sitting in her closet, she speaks directly into a microphone with the camera up close and personal on her face.
She begins the update by stating that “many women in their forties, fifties, and sixties” have been “dying to see” how their “scars are healing” ten months after the procedure.
Stanbury questioned why anyone would wait until age seventy to undergo this procedure, as women are often told to “wait” before undergoing this procedure: “They wait until we look desperate.”
“All I can say is that it was actually the best decision of my life.” Caroline stated boldly.
Discussing the results, the Brit said: “My neck has just changed my life. My neck, my lower face. “My face looks happier, the bottom edges of my mouth are turned up.”
The only minor “drawback” the housewife claimed was that her “mouth seems a little bigger,” although she added that she used to have a big mouth.
Feeling like her face has now “completely settled,” the star doesn’t long for the super “tight” version of her look she had in the few months following the procedure. Although she stated that during those months she looked like a “supermodel,” she loves this more natural version.
“I need to stop looking in the mirror,” he said. Before adding, in a burst of joy, that his face is: “Fabulous, fabulous, fucking fabulous!”
