Lala Kent takes to social media this fall to share a commendable milestone with her fans. Lala rose to fame as a reality star on season 4 of Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules, which began airing in 2015. Nearly 10 years later, Lala is still in the spotlight and these days she’s celebrating how far she’s come in life.
Vanderpump Rules’ Lala has been transparent about her sobriety journey over the years. In fact, he is practically an open book on many aspects of his life. The 34-year-old woman shared with the world her experience of becoming a mother to baby Sosa. Now, the mother of two poses alongside her daughters as she celebrates her journey to sobriety.

Lala has been ‘sober for six years’
Lala Kent and her castmates worked as restaurant and bar staff during the early days of Vanderpump Rules.
These days, they’ve all carved out their own careers with Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz starting businesses together, as well as Katie Maloney and Ariana Madix opening a sandwich shop.
Lala is a podcast host and mother of two daughters.
Sharing updates with her fans this fall, it appears the Bravo star is living her healthiest life.
In October, she used Instagram to share snapshots of herself with friends and family in a pumpkin patch, as well as “serenade” her daughter, Sosa.
Lala also shares photos of herself smiling alongside her daughters, Ocean and Sosa, along with the caption: “Today I’m 6 years sober. Thank you, God.”
His fans, friends, and co-stars come out in full force in the comments to say how “proud” they are of his achievement.
Lala also shares in another post how she celebrates the special occasion by making some homemade mocktails.
He stopped drinking alcohol in 2018 after the death of his father.
Lala is ‘at peace’ with the end of their friendship
As Lala enters her sixth year of sobriety, it seems she has reached a new level of inner “peace.”
Speaking on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live this October, she explains how he’s no longer friends with Ariana Madix.
She tells Jeff that the two “are not in a relationship” and that they will “never make peace.”
After adding that she is “not willing to make peace,” Lala shared that there is no bad blood between the duo.
Lala praises Ariana when it comes to her latest work projects: “…Ariana, I will always be an entertainer, to watch someone, she was absolutely fantastic on Broadway. She, I hear, killed him on Love Island… but I have no ill feelings towards anyone on the show and I think that’s what it feels like for the first time…
The reality TV star concludes: “…I just feel peace.”
