After following up on the complaint, DNVT agents arrested the driver who was charged with two infractions listed in article 98#09, 98#12, plus the seizure of the bus, which was sent to the Honduran Institute of Land Transportation (IHTT) .

Article 98, “penalizes drivers for serious infractions that endanger road safety, thus ensuring greater control and safety on the roads,” according to the Traffic Law.
