Ryan Serhant has seen his fair share of epic homes in his time. But even he is impressed by one property in particular this fall. The former Million Dollar Listing New York star shows her subscribers a mansion complete with a $6 million closet and designer wallpaper on the ceiling.

If Owning Manhattan were anything to go by, it’s clear that Ryan Serhant is killing it in the world of real estate. The Netflix newcomer and his team are juggling listings around the world. Ryan deals with A-list clients, including celebrities and socialites who not only want stunning homes but also totally unique ones.

Ryan gets excited about mansion tour

When Ryan Serhant says he’s about to show off the “best house ever,” it’s time to listen, since he’s seen quite a few mansions in his career.

The property features details I have never seen in a home before. 7 Stokes Farm Road in Old Tappan, New Jersey, is the house that “brought him out of his YouTube property tour retirement.”

The home is located on two acres of land, spread over 10,000 square feet and comes complete with a 70-foot pool.

Ryan begins his journey in the heart of the home, the kitchen. While breakfast is being prepared, views of Lake Tappan can be seen from the kitchen window, which is just the beginning of the list of dreamy aspects the property presents.

7 Stokes Farm Road is surrounded by greenery and “privacy” and, when Ryan moves into the next room, he says it “feels like a Hollywood house.”

Hermes everywhere

Ryan and Jane Angert of JaneFinds, the owner of the house, continue the tour and their inclination for art is evident.

The entire place is a “smart home,” operated from your phone, which is handy for the see-through gas fireplace on the first floor.

What’s next? Hand painted walls, Hermes wallpaper on the ceiling, artistic sculptures and obviously a Hermes chess board.

Ryan makes a point of highlighting the “famous floors” of Jane’s house.

He tells viewers: “These are Weiss floors from Germany, they are single plank, from there to here, it is crazy. Nobody would do that today, so thank you very much for doing it… it’s a work of art.”

Artistic pieces continue to appear throughout the tour, as Jane’s library includes a reupholstered Vladimir Kagan sofa. Her husband’s office also features a Jean Paul Gaultier sofa.

When Ryan ventures into Jane’s office, he asks, “Is that a bag?” before explaining another of his collectibles. It’s a “Petite H robot bag,” he says, “Hermes’ second line.”

The two detour down a hallway to the main one, which has a “Paris feel” and “stitched wallpaper,” giving it a Dior luxury vibe.

The grand finale of the entire house has to be Jane’s $6 million closet full of Hermes bags.
