The RHOC star is dealing with ‘social anxiety’

Revealing some of the details that emerged from her therapy session, Tamra says she has “social anxiety” and often feels like she just “wants to be home.”

She says: “The way to get through the program is to drink… I will drink. And then all this repressed shit that’s going on inside me comes out when I drink because my guard is down.”

The reality TV star says she has “learned a lot of things” from therapy.

As the conversation between the two develops, Tamra continues to say more about her “anxiety” and “intrusive thoughts.”

She breaks down in tears and explains to Teddi: “I have scenarios that play out in my head every day and it’s always about death and there are always people around me dying…”

“That’s why I’ve never been to therapy… I don’t want to have any feelings… that’s how I protect myself,” Tamra adds.
