While Donny Osmond has been famous for his talented voice for years, his nephew is making a name for himself on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City after just eight months of dating Britani Bateman.

Donny Osmond admits it’s “a little risky” for his nephew, Jared Osmond, to be on RHOSLC. “I understand it’s a little risqué, but to each their own,” the “Puppy Love” singer told E! News.
He added: “I haven’t seen it, but good for him. There are many Osmonds.” There are so many Osmonds, Donny said, that “when there’s a family reunion, the entire state of Utah comes together.”
As viewers already saw in Season 5, Britani and Jared have been in an endless cycle of make-ups and breakups. Britani opened up about their complicated dynamic in the season five premiere.
Jared and Brittani broke up 18 times
Jared Osmond and Brittani Bateman had been together for just eight months. In that time, they somehow managed to break up a total of 16 times, and now he appears on RHOSLC.
“Jared and I have been dating for eight months and we’ve broken up 16 times, I mean… I feel like I’m on this hamster wheel of dating other people, breaking up and getting back together,” Brittani said. .
“He’s like, ‘Ugh, I’m a crazy person,’ but there’s something about him. “Mm, it’s delicious,” he added, but the two are no longer together. They have been separated for three months.
Lisa Barlow recalled a time when she saw Britani and Jared hanging out and thought Jared was acting like he was single. “He’s just a king of flirting,” Britani added. “He’s a player.”
