Clarkson’s Farm star Kaleb Cooper is proving how “healthy” he really is this October as he admits he’s not up to date with who the latest celebrities are. The farmer rose to fame on the hit Amazon Prime show and has fans everywhere, but he certainly hasn’t let any of that go to his head.
Kaleb Cooper, who appeared as a guest on Capital Breakfast with Jordan North, Chris Stark and Sian Welby this autumn, confesses he once turned his back on David Beckham. Kaleb is used to spending his days dealing with all things “farm management,” including raising piglets, “firing” Jeremy Clarkson, and driving tractors. Turns out he’s less experienced when it comes to “meet and greets” with famous faces.

Kaleb Cooper’s admission to Beckham
Jeremy was famous before Clarkson’s Farm came to Amazon Prime and the show catapulted him to greater stardom.
Allowing cameras into Diddly Squat Farm has made Jeremy and his co-stars, including Kaleb and Gerald Cooper, viewer favorites.
Although Kaleb is clearly an in-demand TV star that fans want to take selfies with, he’s apparently clueless.
During Clarkson’s Farm, Kaleb admitted to not knowing who Joe Wicks was. But this October he outdoes himself when he tells Capital FM how he accidentally turned his back on David Beckham without knowing who he was.
Kaleb says, “Yeah, but I didn’t really watch a lot of TV or, you know, get on Instagram too much. So I don’t really understand or know any of these celebrities when they come up to me and say, “Oh, hey Kaleb, can I have a photo?” etc. Someone said, for example, David Beckham, you know, like…”
He added that it took him “15 minutes” to recognize David when he visited the farm.
Kaleb explains: “Yes. He was at the farm, I passed by and he was there. And Jeremy said, ‘Come see David.’ And I was like, ‘David who?’ And David Beckham.”
The double offensive of the star of Clarkson’s Farm
Not knowing who Joe Wicks was is one thing, and turning your back on David Beckham is another.
After giving an update on Jeremy’s health following a recent near-heart attack, he tells another funny story.
Kaleb admits to outdoing himself once again when he also didn’t know who David Cameron was when the former Prime Minister paid a visit.
As Sian Welby tells Kaleb he is “so healthy”, he says: “David Cameron was another one at Chipping Norton. I was going to grab my Chinese and he said, ‘Oh, can I have a photo?’ I was like, ‘You, two minutes.’ I’ll go get my Chinese food before it gets cold.’”
