Kim Kardashian once convinced herself her house was haunted after a “female figure” appeared in her selfie. She was alone when she took the photo, but didn’t notice the figure until a week later.
Selfies are practically part of Kim Kardashian’s daily routine. So when an unexpected guest appeared in the background of a photo, the Kardashian star completely freaked out.

Kim Kardashian discovers a mysterious woman
Kim had the surprise of her life when she casually looked at the photos on her phone. A week after taking a selfie, he thought he saw a woman in the window in the background of a selfie.
“Alright, I took this photo last week when I was alone and now, checking my phone, I got scared when I saw a woman in the window,” Kardashian wrote in July 2023 on Instagram.
The figure appears to be a shadow placed to the right of Kardashian. It looks very clear, but it could be Kim’s reflection, as the figure holds one arm up and has hair similar to Kim’s updo.
She is convinced that her home is haunted.
Although Kim was scared, not everyone agreed. Some friends, like actress Christina Ricci, said she’s “definitely a ghost,” while one fan said the woman “looks Victorian with a veil.”
Despite her discovery, that hasn’t deterred Kim from doing everything she can to turn her house into a haunted house for Halloween. As of October 2023, he had a full skeletal arch inside the $66 million mansion.
Hands cast in plaster seemed to emerge from the mud of his garden and were apparently shaped like real people in his home, including his children and even his chef.
