Everyone wants to look and feel their best. And living a life in the public eye surely comes with pressures. The mother of all mothers, Kris Jenner, is just like the rest of us. She loves a glamorous look and has no problem showing off her MUA’s work whenever she gets the chance. But her followers accuse her of “retouching” her photographs from this fall.
We live in a time like no other. With the help of filters, applications, makeup and cosmetic adjustments, today anyone can modify their appearance in a matter of minutes. While it’s a pretty common practice to use filters on any photo that hits Instagram these days, Kris Jenner is coming under fire from people who think she’s taking her editing too far. Others are jumping to the 68-year-old’s defense, pleading with others to let the mother of six live her life.

Kris Jenner accused of ‘airbrushing’
This October, Kris Jenner’s critics are taking things up a notch by accusing not only the Kardashians star of editing her photos, but also of “setting unrealistic beauty standards.”
The comments come to Kris after she shared a photo of herself in all her glamor and a white coat.
She captions her photo: “Had the perfect afternoon with @thebeautysandwich and followed it up tonight with @busterknight makeup…I’m using @kyliecosmetics Kylash mascara and Skin Tint Blurring Elixir!”
Kris, in true mom style, takes the opportunity to promote her daughter’s cosmetics while also showing off her youthful appearance.
She gets support from Malika Haqq, Paris Hilton and Lauren Sanchez in the comments, but the criticism is in full force.
Critics urge Kris to ’embrace aging’
As Kris smiles into the camera lens, glowing, she seems to have angered some people who really want her to “embrace aging.”
One person comments on Kris’ post: “Do better…stop promoting unrealistic beauty expectations. Obviously this is filtered to the max. Accept your aging.”
More writes: “God, this is absurd. He’s like 70 years old hahaha” and “No lines on your neck please, no one looks like that.”
Others accuse the reality TV star of editing the image, writing: “Such a photoshopped photo. It literally has no lines or pores. “Makeup can’t make you that perfect, but she is a beautiful woman anyway.”
“Filtered… At your age, cleavage cannot be escaped. What fake people,” writes another.
Luckily, Kris has her biggest and most loyal fans on her side. Many send him compliments. A former Miss Universe star also praised Kris for being “brave” in a previous interview with Reality Tidbit.
Margarita Nazarenko said in February: “If Kris Jenner is afraid of getting older, it makes a lot of sense given the pressure from the media. “Be a little human about it, she’s almost 70.”
