The 10 participants arrived confident, but soon encountered a challenge that took them completely out of their comfort zone: this time, they had to perform genres ranging from bachata, merengue and salsa, to pop, ballad and ranchera. Nothing urban!
Each participant randomly chose a black envelope that contained the genre they would have to interpret, and if that were not enough, the organizers added an explosive dynamic: “stolen cuchumbo.”

With this move, the contestants were able to exchange their song with another’s, just once! The exchange was strategic and gave rise to moments of high tension, nervous laughter and knowing glances.
As the night progressed, the nerves intensified. There was no room for error, as they faced direct elimination, with no chance of sentencing or second chance.
In the end, four participants had to say goodbye: Ángel Zúniga, D – Endy, Z Boy and Nando Coast said goodbye to the competition in an emotional farewell.
But the story doesn’t end there! To everyone’s surprise, a comeback opportunity was announced at the end of the gala.
At the next reintegration gala, six previous eliminations will fight for two places back on stage, under the demanding gaze of judges, guest judges and presenters.
