Criminalistics personnel found a “total disorder,” medications and alcohol in the hotel room where Liam Payne was staying, the former member of the British band One Direction who died this Wednesday in Buenos Aires after falling from the third floor of a hotel, according to Information this Thursday from local police sources.
As a result of a visual inspection by criminalistics personnel on the ground floor of the hotel where Payne’s body was found, a bottle of whiskey, a fire and a cell phone were observed, and “papillary complexes” were raised on these objects.

Subsequently, the staff moved to the room, where they found a “total disorder, with several items broken.”
They seized several “blister packs” of medications, among which they mentioned Clonazepam, energizers, and over-the-counter medications.
The scientists collected papillary prints and other evidence to be analyzed in the chemical and biological laboratory.
Criminalistics also found a notebook and passport at the scene, which the prosecutor’s office ordered to be handed over to police personnel.
The officials also inspected the section of the balcony from where he fell, to “establish access to it.”
The preliminary report of Payne’s autopsy that was communicated this Thursday, showed that he died due to the fall, indicating “polytrauma” and “internal and external hemorrhage”, as reported this Thursday by local police sources.

In the afternoon of this Wednesday, the local police went to the Casa Sur hotel after a call to 911 where they reported an aggressive man who could be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
The manager stated that he heard a loud noise in the back of the hotel, and when the officers arrived they found Payne, who had jumped from the balcony of his room, fallen.
The director of the emergency medical services of the city of Buenos Aires, Alberto Crescenti, later told local media that the fall caused “very serious injuries that immediately caused his death” and later stated that “there was no possibility of resuscitation.”
