A man armed with a knife was shot by police in Peru after trying to murder his partner and attacking the officers who tried to arrest him.
The shocking incident, which took place in a condominium, was captured on video, where the aggressor can be seen, visibly upset, after attacking his wife.

According to the clip, the officers tried to contain the aggressor, who after a struggle was shot in the leg, falling to the ground.
Despite the situation, the man tried to justify his violent behavior while lying on the pavement.
The attacker was arrested and will face charges of attempted murder and assault. According to local media reports, the fight originated from an alleged infidelity between the couple, although it was not specified who would be the unfaithful one.
