Erika Jayne advises Jennifer Pedranti
Erika Jayne warns Jennifer Pedranti after the fallout from her own marriage. Her ex-husband, Tom Girardi, was convicted of four counts of wire fraud and faces a sentence of up to 20 years on each count.
She advises her to “stay engaged” and confirms Pedranti’s fears that the allegations will turn into a “bloodbath” on the Two Ts In a Pod podcast, urging her to “call her” if she ever needs it.
The Real Housewives of Orange County finale was very dramatic for Pedranti. Her fiancé, Ryan Boyajian, was temporarily named in an alleged game plan and later granted immunity from prosecution.
Just after the finale showed Jennifer and Ryan’s engagement party, a news article appeared about their close friend Matt’s alleged involvement in an MLB betting scandal.
Ryan said: “Life throws things at you that you never expect,” before Jen responded: “Everyone is going to question me and it’s going to be a bloodbath,” and Jayne “felt for her.”
‘Please don’t marry this man’
Erika said: “I felt sorry for Jenn. Yes honey, call me, I can help you. He cooperated, so apparently he won’t go to jail, but Jenn will have consequences and they’ll never let you out of there.”
When Teddi Mellencamp asked her if it was safer to stay engaged, Erika said, “Hell yeah. Just please don’t marry this man until you know all the facts, until all the dust has settled, that’s what I’m trying to say.”
However, Pedranti says she has “her eyes open” when it comes to her fiancé. She told The Daily Dish: “I actually see things very clearly. “I’m probably in the best place I’ve been in a long time.”
“I know it’s a low point in other people’s opinions, but I feel like I can only go up from here. And I’m excited,” she added, before announcing that their wedding will probably take place in the Bahamas next summer.
